Managing Director (MD), Gadi Mbuya
This is the Head of the organization as defined by CRB and oversees the company’s managerial and administrative systems while partnering with existing and prospective clients to ensure that the company prospers in all respects, especially clients’ unbeatable satisfaction. He is a visionary professional with great ideas for the construction sector. He is a very experienced business leader having founded and successfully run companies in other sectors, that have ultimately proven positive results in all businesses he has handled. He is a believer in modern management to ensure profitability and ensure future sustainability. He has a knack for computer technology. In the construction industry, he has been working to maximise the use of new technology, improve efficiency, reliability, and quality in every project that GAPP is involved in.
Departments/units of the firm
GAPP Engineering & Contractors is structured based on the local regulatory requirements (CRB) in Tanzania as well as perfectly in response to the prevailing business and operational environment in order to overcome competitive pressure in the industry. The organization structure consists of four departments some of which have units/ sections as indicated in the Organization Chart below.
